A Spring Group Workshop Series

Reclaim + Renew

A 4 Week Group To Support Your
Post-Traumatic Growth This Spring

There’s something in the air in the spring (besides pollen, lol).

The sun returns. The flowers begin to slowly bloom.

The temperature warms.

We crawl out of hibernation, and it feels like the world is inviting us to expand.

Not in the way of completely changing who we are, forgiving and forgetting, and “moving on” from our past.

Rather, maybe it’s time to honor what has happened, express our authentic selves, and bloom forward into the next chapter of our lives.

It’s a time to honor the duality of life and death, light and dark, warm and cold. To look back, and forward, and make space for all of it.

Does that resonate?

I created Reclaim + Renew for us.

Reclaim + Renew is a good fit if you…

  • want to reconnect with the parts of yourself you learned to suppress to survive

  • are tired of shrinking, fawning, or people-pleasing

  • desire more authenticity, connection, and inner peace

  • are ready to take gentle steps toward expansion

  • resonate with being angry or “not getting over it” in a way that other people don’t seem to understand

  • have experienced gaslighting or emotional abuse in the past, and want to break the cycle

  • want to connect with a community of others walking the same path

We’re more powerful together.

It’s been almost 6 years now since I started working with trauma survivors as a certified trauma-informed coach.
One of the things I’ve loved the most is the connections I’ve seen form between survivors when we practice brave, radical vulnerability.
When we show up in spaces where we feel seen, known, and heard, we break the cycle of isolation.
I strive to create spaces where we can express our truth and receive support instead of being dismissed.

This Spring, I’m hosting Reclaim + Renew with these intentions in mind.

Let’s bloom together!

Reclaim + Renew
is here to help you…

  • Reclaim your anger as a source of clarity, power, and truth

  • Rebuild trust in your instincts and inner guidance

  • Identify who you are beyond trauma, roles, or expectations

  • Discover your core values and live from them

  • Cultivate a gentle, grounded vision for your next season in life

  • Redefine success in a way that honors your lived experience

  • Create momentum towards your goals without forcing yourself or overriding your body

  • Build a more connected, compassionate, and regulated relationship with yourself

Our Four Week Flow

Our Four Week Flow ○

Okay, Emmy, what actually is this?

  • 4 weekly meetings: April 7th-28th. ~60-90 minutes long. Live and recorded.

  • Educational content, somatic practices, and group reflection/sharing.

  • 20 journal prompts: one for each weekday of the 4 weeks.

  • A chance to meet with a supportive, like-minded group.

Here’s exactly what we are going to cover:

  • Reclaim your emotional truth, instincts, and inner fire.

Anger is not a problem. It’s a compass. It shows you where you’ve been wronged or where something is out of alignment.

    This week, we’ll gently explore:

    • what your anger has been trying to tell you

    • how anger is here to protect you

    • what happens when anger is suppressed

    • how to feel and express anger without fear, shame, or shutdown

You will leave Week 1 with a clearer sense of what your emotions are trying to tell you and a renewed trust in your internal guidance.

  • Remember who you are beneath trauma and root into what matters to YOU.

Trauma often disconnects us from ourselves; this week rebuilds that connection.

    You’ll explore:

    • the parts of your identity you’ve forgotten or buried

    • who you are at your core, beyond survival mode

    • what it feels like to act in alignment with your values

    • what truly matters to you (vs what you were told should matter)

By the end of Week 2, you’ll feel more anchored, clear, and self-aware.
You’ll have a greater sense of what you stand for and what you will no longer shrink for.

  • Begin speaking your truth and taking up space imperfectly and courageously.

    This week you’ll learn to:

    • communicate your needs without apology

    • uphold boundaries that support your healing

    • take up space in relationships, work, and daily life

    • speak from your authentic identity rather than fear or fawning

We’ll explore what makes advocating difficult (fear of harm, past experiences, perfectionism), and practice new ways of speaking up that feel accessible and values-aligned.

  • Step into your next chapter with alignment, agency, and hope.

Healing is not about forgetting the past.
It’s about creating a life where you feel safe, connected, purposeful, and true to yourself.

This final week is all about expansion:

    • trauma-informed goal-setting

    • redefining success in a way that feels gentle and sustainable

    • identifying your desires, dreams, and next season of growth

    • creating small, aligned steps toward the life you want

You’ll discover what it means to move forward softly, with clarity, intention, and self-compassion.

Student Testimonials

Student Testimonials •

This is my first time hosting Reclaim + Renew, but it’s not my first rodeo. Here’s what students of my group program, Coming Home to Yourself, have to say:

The main ways this course helped me are…

“ This course provided a safe space to express myself without judgment, engage with my healing journey, and for active reflection, while also being accountable to my authentic self in a space safe. I learned that my authentic self can be unperfect, and that's okay. Showing up for myself, in whichever way I need is being authentic. I became aware of my internal dialogue and core beliefs, plus was given tools to feel empowered to change them.” - Padma P.

“This course showed me that healing in the context of community is something that's really good for me. I learned a lot about my masks, my responses to trauma, and begun to realize why I have those masks and responses. I've become more compassionate, curious, and patient toward myself as I heal. I feel like authenticity is a lot more realistic to me now...I'm starting to understand my authentic self better and it's exciting. I feel like I'm starting to come home to myself. :)” -LB

“The understanding of the barriers to connecting with yourself and best of all the opposites of those things, so that when I notice judgment come up for example, I'm not just aware of it anymore, I also know what might help to soothe it. I also feel like the course has helped me to accept all the parts of my trauma that are part of who I am and to stop punishing myself for them.” -NJB

“By feeling connected in real time to others on their healing journey. I could show up exactly how I was in the moment without the need to be perfect, prepared, visible on camera or ready to share out loud with the group.” - Megan B.

My favorite aspects of the course were...

“I cannot choose what was more helpful: the group calls where I felt so heard and had the honour of hearing others' stories, the workbooks and their thoughtful questions that truly led me through the process, or the lesson videos where I learned words, processes, and concepts that resonate and make so much sense to me. Altogether, I felt like this was a super well-rounded and balanced way of having different methods of accessing and processing this incredible course.” -NJB

“The guided conversations, talking about certain topics with questions as guidelines and hearing what other people say, relating to each other and supporting each other. To put experiences in words and share it with each other.” - Jil E.

“- Listening to people share their journeys and be true to themselves (it was empowering)
- Emmy providing insights on what it's like to be someone who personally experiences these things
- Lecture videos I can watch at my own time and pace” - Padma P.

“The welcoming, no pressure, vulnerable, & insightful live group calls.” - LB

“Getting to hear about other people’s journeys. It was enlightening to hear first-hand accounts of other people facing similar struggles to my own, yet under completely different circumstances. A very supportive and attentive group. I also love that there are workbooks and prompts for me to work through and ponder at any time. Intentional work like this has been so crucial to my healing and each question Emmy provided has allowed me to discover something new about myself.” - Mykal W.

About Emmy

I am a certified trauma-informed coach with training in somatics and NARM. I’m also a survivor who cares deeply about other survivors.

My mission in life and business is to empower trauma survivors to own their truth, shift away from shame, and move forward toward a brighter future - without ignoring or “getting over” the past.

In my work, I take a shame-free approach to healing by focusing on how our bodies are impacted by trauma. This helps me and my clients find solutions for moving forward without getting stuck in cycles of self-hatred, doubt, or blame that keep us repeating the cycle of trauma.

I loveee hosting groups like this one, because I know we are stronger together. There is so much beauty and wisdom in the collective of trauma survivors. We can learn from each other, coregulate, and encourage each other’s growth. It’s the best!!

I'm so glad you're here!
